With six years in investment banking, Anastasis found his calling in well-being, transitioning to a career in fitness in 2012. By 2017, he was recognized as one of top yoga teachers in London. Since 2018, he’s specialized in reformer Pilates, with a focus on injury rehabilitation.
His students appreciate his straightforward instructions and clear explanations of why each exercise matters. If you’re looking for a challenging yet highly effective approach, Anastasis’s sessions are for you. Many students report rapid results under his expert guidance.
Beyond the reformer, Anastasis also runs a clinic dedicated to helping individuals with chronic health conditions through nutritional changes and breathwork, and his first book on breathwork was published in Sep ’23 (and forwarded by James Nestor, author of “The Breath”).

After spending her entire childhood practicing ballet in Sao Paolo (Brazil), Ana moved to London at 17 to chase her dreams! This transition initiated a career as a professional samba dancer. When she completed her Bachelor’s in Sports Science Ana realised how boring rehabilitation programs were. Since then, her mission has been to help her students recover from injuries while having fun.
She is a certified mat & reformer pilates teacher (having facilitated 4 trainings for teachers), master reiki instructor, and craniosacral therapist.

If you are new to Reformer Pilates you may have a lot of questions. For your convenience, we have gathered the most frequently asked questions about our studio and the Reformer Pilates experience.
Reformer Pilates is a movement exercise modality developed by Joseph Pilates and practiced in a Reformer machine. Some of the benefits of Reformer Pilates are: full-body workout, low-impact, core strength and stability, flexibility, posture and alignment, customized intensity, mind-body connection, variety of exercises, muscle tone and definition, rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Beginners will benefit vastly from private Reformer Pilates sessions. In reality thats the best and fastest way to learn and get the most benefit as the teacher will guide and shape your session accordingly to your needs and goals.
Sessions are 55 minutes.
Wear comfortable clothing, leggings, shorts, T-shirt, gym gear, tracksuit bottoms does are all absolutely fine.

Sessions are available Monday – Friday starting at 6am and finishing at 8pm.
